About Our Screening Event

Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer, but early detection can make all the difference! That’s why we are proud to invite you to our Free Skin Cancer Screening Event. Our team will be there to give you a full-body skin exam, share tips for keeping your skin healthy, and answer any questions you might have. Don’t wait – early detection saves lives!

Early Detection

If you notice changes in your skin such as a new growth, a sore that doesn’t heal, a change in an old growth, or any of the A-B-C-D-Es of melanoma, please contact your healthcare professional immediately.

A – Asymmetry: One half of the mole or lesion doesn’t match the other half.

B – Border irregularity: The edges are irregular, blurred, or poorly defined.

C – Color variation: The mole may have multiple colors or shades within it, such as brown, black, white, red, or blue.

D – Diameter: Melanomas are often larger than 6 millimeters in diameter, but they can be smaller.

E – Evolving: Any changes in size, shape, color, or elevation Top of Form

What To Expect

Upon arriving at your scheduled appointment time, you will complete a consent form and will change into a gown for your full body skin examination. Our doctor will guide you through the process.
